Ravindra embarks on a mission to uncover the truth behind Vijay Talwar’s alleged crime. He quickly realizes that there is no concrete evidence linking Vijay to the murder. DNA samples from the crime scene fail to match Vijay Talwar’s, but Ravindra, eager to impress Harika, manages to convince the prosecutor of Vijay’s innocence.
As the story unfolds, ACP Hanumanth Rao is assigned to lead the investigation into Jayaprakash’s death, and he suspects foul play in Vijay’s case. His team stumbles upon another case involving the mysterious death of a celebrity. Hanumanth, determined to crack the case, seeks the help of Goli Pahelwan, who provides crucial information about the night of the celebrity’s murder. They discover the involvement of a prosthetic makeup artist named Saketh.
As the investigation intensifies, Hanumanth and his team track down Saketh, but their attempt to arrest him is thwarted when Goli Pahelwan intervenes and saves Saketh. The two men escape and go on to kill DIG Narasimha Murthy.
The shocking twist in the plot occurs when it is revealed that Ravindra has been wearing a prosthetic mask resembling Goli Pahelwan and is responsible for the murders. Ravindra initially met Saketh during a case and became fascinated with prosthetic faces. He kidnapped Saketh’s girlfriend, Jaanu, to blackmail Saketh into creating prosthetic faces for him. Jaanu’s desperate attempt to escape results in an accident that leaves her injured and trapped in a hospital, unable to seek help.
Dr. Dinesh, suspicious of Ravindra’s actions, informs Hanumanth about Ravindra closely guarding a girl in the hospital. Hanumanth uncovers Ravindra’s involvement in the murders and the fact that Saketh had been forced to create prosthetic faces for him under duress.
Saketh reaches out to Hanumanth, warning him that Ravindra is disguised as Dinesh and is coming to kill him. However, Dinesh is killed, and Ravindra manages to escape. Saketh is then coerced into creating a prosthetic face of Srikanth, which Ravindra uses to brutally murder Harika in her own home. Srikanth is wrongfully arrested for the crime.

Ravindra’s father had fallen victim to a debilitating ailment, and Dr. Shanti discovered that Syncox Pharma was involved in unethical human trials, with their diabetic drug causing dementia in patients. Harika, along with Home Minister Mudi Reddy and Vijay Talwar, had conspired to eliminate Dr. Shanti to cover up their involvement in the medical mafia.
Enraged by the injustice, Ravindra embarks on a mission to target those responsible for Dr. Shanti’s death. He orchestrates Mudi Reddy’s murder at a political gathering, framing Mudi Reddy’s henchmen Devaraju for the crime. The case is closed, and Ravindra successfully avenges Dr. Shanti’s death.
The movie concludes with Ravindra living a happy life alongside his girlfriend-turned-wife, Keerthana, finally finding peace after a series of relentless pursuits and a quest for justice.
